Throughout the last ten years I have been able to acquire a range of skills that help make me a well rounded individual to create content for a wide range of topics, businesses and audience members.

My product experience below includes but not limited to:

Storyline 360- Articulate Storyline is the industry’s favorite software for creating interactive courses. I have created virtual e-learning courses that are interactive and can be accessed on all devices.

Rise 360- Articulate Rise 360 is a modern, dynamic eLearning authoring tool allowing designers to create responsive courses for any device. I have created many e-learning courses using Rise that enable interactive scenario-based learning.

Learning Management Systems- A learning management system (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, materials or learning and development programs. Well versed in the functions of a learning management system including, Work Day, Share Point and ILearn.

Microsoft Applications- Proficient in Microsoft Applications like Excel, Word, One Drive, One Note, Outlook, Power Point, Office and more.

Power Point/Google Slides- These presentation tools have dominated the business world for many years. I have extensive knowledge on these presentation tools and have made many interactive trainings with them.

Snag-It Video/Screen Castify- These programs are the leading screen recorder for Chrome. I have done many voice over recordings for e-learning curriculum that I have created. I have recorded tutorials for operators, managers and adult learners on various business programs.

SharePoint- A SharePoint team site connects the team to share content and resources. Use team sites to store and collaborate on files or to create and manage lists of information. I have used SharePoint site as a learning management system to upload training content and procedural documents.  

QA Environments- This is where you test your upgrade procedure against data, hardware, and software that closely simulate the Production environment and where you allow intended users to test the resulting production application. As a Learning Experience Designer I am in charge of learning about the production applications that operation uses on a daily basis. Many releases go in every month which need tested in the QA environment. I assist in these tests due to my expertise in the applications operations uses.

Prod Environments- This is where the application is actually available for business use. I create tutorials for prod applications, help triage issues that happen in production and assist with production development.

Financial Institution Programs- Jira, Global Pay Plus 5.0, Finastra 4.6, SAA, MDM, PSUI, CMS, PRS, Identity Self Service and more.

Throughout my career I have expanded my experience from curriculum analysis and design to business analysis and design. I have gained an expansive knowledge in helping businesses identify performance and knowledge gaps and have created training to close these gaps and achieve business goals.

Experience below includes but is not limited to:

Learning Experience Designer- PNC Financial Services- Lead numerous projects with a global mindset for the Payments Department to deliver training curriculum. Implement the ADDIE instructional framework to guide design and formulate objectives. Designed an end-to-end compliance training on Money Movement that is deployed to 40,000 people annually. Work with multi-media and graphic design programs to create web-based training, scenario-based training and instructor lead trainings. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify knowledge gaps and offer solution possibilities. Review defects in Jira with Scrum Teams to help assist with prioritization and update defect statuses. Provide teams with documentation resources, networking resources and system analysis to triage issues. Provide testing support in the QA environment after each code release during validation efforts. Efficiently navigate systems like Adobe Captivate, Snag It, RISE, Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, Mainframe, QA Environments, SharePoint, ILearn, Workday, Pathfinder and more

Educator/ Curriculum Analyst- Developed curriculum to accommodate different learning styles and age ranges including adult education. Created virtual curriculum using multi-media design programs to develop an interactive learning solution. Provided data monitoring and data analysis on competencies and implemented interventions when knowledge gaps were identified. Facilitated meetings for the Building Leadership Team to help come up with academic solutions according to organization wide goals. Collaborated with colleagues on data discussions, designing curriculum and learning opportunities

Project Manager, Community & Families- Elyria City Schools- Served as the liaison between the school district and community partnerships. Identified, developed, and maintained a system for monitoring school’s attendance and family engagement progress. Lead the planning, directing, coordinating of mid-size projects of ~ $100,000 from end to end in a cross functional effort with community partners. I built programs and initiatives to help close the socio economic and educational gap families in the communities were experiencing. I organized many events to help promote job growth in the community and address various safety needs.

Bank Teller- Product Sales- First Federal Lakewood- Served customers by completing account transactions. Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits. Sold cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and series e-bonds. Answered questions in person or on telephone and refers customers to other bank services as necessary. Recorded transactions by logging cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and other special services, preparing currency transaction reports. Sold bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customers’ needs, and directing customers to a branch representative.

Partner and Advocate for South Side Pride- The United Way- As a partner for South Side Pride my duties included to identify needs in the community and connect low socioeconomic families with vital resources to help with safety and equity in their education. I was in charge of coordinating events throughout the community in efforts to close achievement gaps based on race/household income. This was done by increasing engagement in the school, providing car seats, bookbags, clothes, food and school supplies to those in need. Regular home visits were scheduled to provide well checks and deliver resources.

Volunteer and Non-Profit- Junior Achievement- Working in over 100 countries, JA equips young people with the employment and entrepreneurship skillsets and mindsets they need to succeed. By building abilities and nurturing self-belief, JA prepares youth for the future of work, ensures they have the tools to be financially capable adults, and teaches them to think entrepreneurially. I travel to local school districts to teach finance lessons to all grade levels.

Salvation Army- Attended meetings to assess the needs of the community in which we serve. Organized volunteer events like food drives, backpack give aways and serving dinners to families in need.

Free Meals for Families- Organized cooking classes for families where families meal prepped healthy meals for a week. Budgeting and cooking skills were taught in these classes.

Second Harvest Food Bank- Volunteered to organize the food bank for distribution. Sorted and boxed food to be distributed to families. Boxes of food were then handed out to families in a large drive through event.
